CHELSEA ARNOLD, 20, PSYCHOLOGY STUDENT, UK CHELSEA’S STYLE: My style changes depending on my mood, but I like to add pieces that make my outfits a little more edgy as I don’t like to look to girly. My key piece is my leather biker jacket, it goes everywhere with me! INSPIRATION: I find street style to be the most inspiring, so I read lots of blogs and I love to people watch to see what others are wearing. Lookbook.nu is a great website to look through and I love UK magazine Company. WHICH NON-FASHION PERSONALITY DO YOU BELIEVE HAS THE BEST STYLE? Currently I have a total girl crush on Rita Ora! She has some amazing clothes, I would love to raid her wardrobe! THE STEPS OF THE DRESSED: I tend to pick my bottoms first, as most of my tops are pretty versatile. But if I have a piece like a bright floral shirt I’d base the rest of my outfit around that one piece. GO-TO COLOR PALETTE: I tend to wear a lot of black, grey and other darker colors, when I wear something bright I tend to pair it with something darker. FAVORITE SUMMER TRENDS: There are so many amazing trends this summer that I’ve wanted to try out, and my bank balance has definitely seen the effects! I love the total print trend, head to toe floral or even just a key piece like floral print trousers. In terms of shoes and accessories flat-forms have been my favourite trend and there are so many styles out now that they suit almost everybody! SUMMER LOVIN: This summer I’ve been to China for a month, which was very exciting! But now I’m getting back into the swing of things at home. I’ve been working on some jewelry making as I have a little online shop selling headchains, necklaces etc. (www.littleteacup.bigcartel.com), which I will be doing for the rest of the summer along with relaxing, blogging and shopping before I got back to university.
