Created in January 2011, The Style Line has grown tremendously since it's inception. The blog's first break was being inducted into Tumblr’s Fashion Spotlight in August 2011 and the Street Style Spotlight directory page in October 2012. The Style Line has been featured in esteemed news sources including Women's Wear Daily and has also had the honor of collaborating with esteemed brands and publications including Teen Vogue, Refinery29, IBM, tumblr and more. Two years and over 300,000 followers later, it features international young style icons and global influencers through personal interviews and in depth profiles, showcasing talent that has yet to be seen. It is the premiere place to find out more about the next generation of creative innovators who are preparing to make their mark in the enticing world of fashion.

Rachel Schwartzmann is a NYC-based fashion writer and blogger. She runs The Style Line LLC which is relaunching in August 2013. It was founded in late January of 2011 and currently hosts a following of over 350,000 followers, is a part of tumblr's Fashion and Street Style Directory Spotlight pages and has been featured in respected sources including Women’s Wear Daily, Mashable and more than once on Teen Vogue's website.
Rachel has also worked with esteemed companies and publications including Teen Vogue, Refinery29, Nanette Lepore, ASOS, Rebecca Minkoff, PUMA, IBM and tumblr. In January and August 2012 Rachel was invited to participate as a digital media influencer partnering with Teen Vogue and the MAGIC Trade-Show, speaking to brands about the influence bloggers hold and the importance of social media. In September 2012, she was chosen as one of tumblr’s top five bloggers to cover Mercedes-Benz and (MILK Studios) Made Fashion Week as an official correspondent.
Additionally, Rachel is a published writer contributing to publications and websites including The Huffington Post, Shoptopia and NYLON Mexico. She also runs a personal style and lifestyle blog entitled Le Style Child and has interned at Rebecca Minkoff in the Marketing Department, and twice at Teen Vogue, in both the Fashion and Marketing departments. Whilst interning at Jeffrey Campbell she ran her own column "Living in Litas" on the company blog. She has a love for all things creative, but particularly fashion.

LUCIA’S STYLE: How would you describe your style? My style changes by season and actually almost by day, it really depends on my mood. However, if I have to choose a way to describe it I would say classic with a modern twist…edgy.

INSPIRATION: Everything inspires me. I’m just attracted to thing of every day life. Currently for the past three months I have been inspired by street style. It is wonderful to see how people can get different mix of patterns and colors together that I would never imagine or think of trying together.

IF YOU HAD TO WEAR ONE ITEM EVERYDAY WHAT WOULD IT BE? Oh no! This question is so hard! Maybe my black leather boots? These boots are gorgeous and really comfortable, and my leggings.. can’t live without them

WHAT IS YOUR EARLIEST FASHION MEMORY? I remember reading Vogue with my mom and that’s where I think my love for fashion first happened

FASHION FAMILY: I don’t have to think about it twice, BALMAIN! For me it is the best brand ever, very edgy and amazing

SPRING AWAKENING: Lots of color and my white Converse, and of course I never forget the sunnies.

SUMMER LOVIN: Every summer I go to the beach to run and exercise, it is very relaxing, and lately I have been listening to Rihanna and Avicii They both have this amazing vibe in their music that I love. And about the summer clothes: shorts, shorts and more shorts in every single color! I have at least 30 pairs of them. Sunnies (my favorite are heart shaped) and ray ban! I can’t live without them and I always remember to protect my skin with sun block, I don’t want wrinkles.
